This Privacy Policy defines the rules for processing and protecting the personal data of users of the Logisteo platform, provided and administered by DevConcept Venture Lab. We make every effort to ensure that data is processed in accordance with the highest security standards, personal data protection acts, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

02.Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing

Your personal data is collected and processed for the following purposes:

• Service Execution: Providing electronic services, maintaining accounts in Logisteo, and executing transport orders (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Legal and Tax Requirements: Issuing invoices, financial settlements, and accounting archiving (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Legitimate Interest: Ongoing business contact, handling inquiries, and securing or defending potential legal claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

03.Data Recipients

Personal data may only be transferred to trusted partners cooperating to provide services (e.g., hosting providers, SMTP SES email delivery partners, payment gateway operators) and state or tax authorities based on mandatory provisions of law (including the KSeF e-invoice system). We do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Every user is entitled to a full catalog of rights guaranteed by GDPR regulations:

• The right to access your data and receive a copy.
• The right to rectify your data.
• The right to erase your data (to be forgotten) — unless tax requirements prevent it.
• The right to restrict processing and to data portability.
• The right to object to processing based on legitimate interests.
• The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (UODO in Poland).

05.Data Retention Period

Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to execute services and maintain the account in the system, and after its completion — for the duration resulting from legal provisions on the statute of limitations for civil claims, and tax/accounting regulations (minimum 5 years for invoices synchronized with KSeF and accounting evidence).
